You can access law library research help in a number of ways:
1. In-person. Ask to speak with a reference librarian at the circulation desk during our reference hours. One of our reference librarians will be happy to meet with you.
2. Online chat. On any library web page (including this one), click the chat box on the bottom right to chat with one of our reference librarians. Live online chat is available during our reference hours.
3. Submit a question. If you want to ask a question but don't need immediate feedback, you can submit a question to our librarians and one will get back to you as soon as possible.
4. By appointment. Schedule a research consultation with a reference librarian at a time convenient for you. You can schedule an in-person appointment or schedule a virtual appointment.
Reference librarians are eager to help you with your research. Click the appropriate button below to schedule a research consultation with one of UHLC's reference librarians.
Registration codes for Lexis and Westlaw are emailed to new students when they join the UHLC community. If you have checked your email and have not received your registration codes, please email Emily Lawson for help. Please also email her if you are having difficulty with your account, or if you need access as a new faculty or staff member.
Visit Bloomberg Law's activation page to register for your account. Note that you must use your UH email when registering. Bloomberg Law will email you a login ID and password, typically within one business day.
